1. Fire monitors
The fire monitors meet the requirements of GOST R 51115-97 and TU-4854-003-16820082-2008 and are classified by type:
[1] - fire monitors (LS)
[2] - actuation: remote-controlled (D), without index D - manually-operated
[3] - location: fixed (S), portable (P), vehicle-mounted (V),
[4] - flow rate: main l/sec
[5] - flow rate: extra l/sec
[6] - universal, forming straight and dispersed water or foam stream (U), without index U - with straight stream, conic
[7] - constructive modification:
l - tube construction with lower installation of monitor, without index - with upper installation of monitor,
ul - with upper and lower (variable) installation of monitor,
b - ball-socket construction,
[8] - type of nozzle:
e - with foam eductor,
а - automatic nozzle,
d - deflector,
r - with adjustable flow rate,
sk - with medium expansion foam,
[9] - additional devices:
о - oscillator,
ss - shielding screen,
hs - heat shield screen,
[10] - extinguishing solution: powder (p), without index - water/foam (combined monitor)
[11] - trademark ЭФЭР®, is indicated after a product designation.
Fire monitors are designed according to the following ambient conditions:
- Climatic modification: U1, UKhL1, UKhL1.1, OM1.
- Protection type: Ex – explosion-proof, IP55, IP65, IP66, IP67 - dust and moisture proof.
An example of the designation of the water/foam universal (U) fixed remote-controlled (D) fire monitor with flow rate of 40 l/sec: LSD-S40(20,30)U ЭФЭР®.
2. Handline nozzles
Handline nozzles meet the requirements of GOST R 53331-2009 and TU 4854-004-16820082-08 and are classified by type:
RSKU - combined (water/foam) universal handline nozzles with adjusting of flow rate and angle of a dispersed stream,
20, 50, 70(65) - swivel base,
HP - high pressure,
without HP index - normal pressure,
WM - for formation of water mist stream,
e - with foam eductor.
The following models of handline nozzles are produced:
- RSKU-50A, RSKU-70A - with constant flow rate from 2 to 8 l/sec and from 6 to 15 l/sec, with 50 and 65 swivel base.
- RSKU-70A FIREMAN'S AUTOMAT® – automatic handline nozzle with flow rate from 6 to 15 l/sec, with 50 swivel base.
- RSKU-50A «FLUSH» - automatic handline nozzle, with flow rate from 2 to 9 l/sec, with 50 swivel base.
- RSKU-20HP – high pressure handline nozzle, with flow rate from 2 to 4 l/sec.
- RSKU-20WM - water mist handline nozzle of normal pressure for formation of water mist streams
- RSKU-50e - with foam eductor in a backpack, with 50 swivel base.
- RSKU-50B - handline nozzle with constant flow rate of 4 l/sec.
3. Robotic fire suppression system
Robotic fire suppression systems meet the requirements of GOST R 53326-2009 and TU-4854-005-16820082-2005, and are designated:
[1] - robotic fire suppression system (RFSS)
[2] - firefighting robots (FR) and their quantity in RFSS
[3] - type of fire monitor, included in FR
[4] - ignition detector: ИК - IR - in IR-range, IR-UV - in IR and UV range
[5] - TV-camera (TV)
[6] - trademark ЭФЭР®
An example of the designation of the RFSS with 6 FR with fire monitors (LSD) with flow rate 20 l/sec with ignition detector device in IR-range (IR), TV-cameras (TV) in accordance with GOST 53326-2009: RFSS-6FR-LSD-S20(15,25)U-IR-TV ЭФЭР®.
