On June 24, a ceremonial awarding of the winners and participants of the city competition "My City - My Destiny" took place. Among the winners in the nomination "Man of Labor" is an employee of our company - chief R & D specialist Aristarkh Turovsky.
Aristarkh Albertovich has been actively involved in work, research and creative activities for many years. At the EFER enterprise, he is engaged in research and development activities, manages R & D projects, makes a great personal contribution to educational activities by speaking at scientific conferences, is the author (co-author) of patents for inventions and scientific articles. In addition to his production activities, A.A. Turovsky is the ideologist and organizer of the Robocraft club, is one of the teachers and scientific supervisors of students at the Physics and Technology Institute, organizes excursions for students and schoolchildren to the EFER enterprise, and assists in finding employment for students and graduates in their specialty after completing industrial practice.

The "My City - My Destiny" competition has been held since 2024 with the aim of telling about active, creative, successful Petrozavodsk residents who have made a great contribution to the development of our city. This year, the organizers received about 40 applications from representatives of various professions, the participants were evaluated in six nominations: Man of Labor, Creators of Petrozavodsk, Ardent Hearts, Serving the Fatherland, Creators of Victories, Labor Dynasties. Photos of the project winners - employees of city enterprises, representatives of labor dynasties, military personnel and veterans of the Great Patriotic War - are posted in the Gallery of Leading Workers in the Nameless Square on Friedrich Engels Street.
