On January 26, the formal opening of the assembly production building took place at the "Engineering centre "FR" LLC's plant.
The new production building will make it possible to localize all departments involved in the production process on one site.
The opening ceremony was attended by Artur Parfenchikov the Head of Karelia. During the tour, the Head of the Republic was shown the work of production sites and shops, including: assembly and electrical installation sites, painting and electroplating shops, as well as the production and dispatch services. Currently, works on final assembly, configuration and programming of firefighting robots and other fire-fighting equipment, as well as pre-testing are being organized here. In the second quarter, the commissioning of the third floor of the building is expected, where engineering services will be located.
The commissioning of the assembly production building is carried out as part of an investment project for creation a digital production of the Firefighting Robots Plant in 2019-2023, which received the State support and was recognized as a priority investment project in the Republic of Karelia. The implementation of this project will allow the company to increase its production capacity, the number of jobs and output, as well as to reduce product development time.
